Welcome to second grade! We are very excited to be your child’s teacher this year. Second grade is an amazing year full of opportunities for your child to explore, learn, and grow as we work together in our classroom community. In second grade, students learn the foundational reading, writing, and math skills that they will use as they continue along their educational journey.
